Haier Contest Terms and Conditions:

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") carefully before participating in the contest ("Contest") organized by Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd ("Haier").

Eligibility and Contest Period

1. The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. The purchase of Haier product must be made within the State of Gujrat, India i.e. either the purchaser delivery address or seller’s address should be of the State of Gujrat.
3. This Contest is open to customers residing in the state of Gujarat who purchase any Haier appliance through an offline store only & between May 1, 2025, to 11:59 PM on May 31, 2025 ("Contest Period").
4. Entries are limited to individual purchasers. Institutional buyers, dealers, or resellers are not eligible.

How to Participate

1. After purchasing the eligible product, customers must visit https://contest.haierindia.com and complete the online registration form.
2. Only one entry per invoice/purchase is permitted. Multiple entries for the same purchase will be disqualified.
3. The registration must be completed within 48 hours of the purchase date or at least one day prior to the relevant lucky draw date.

Lucky Draw and Prizes

Match tickets

Lucky draw for match tickets (one entry per ticket): Haier will organize lucky draw 48 hours before the match date. The tentative schedule is as follows:

Any purchase made after 15th May 2025, will not be eligible for the match ticket contest / lucky draw.

Gujarat Titans signed Team merchandise

1. Lucky draw for Gujarat Titan Team signed merchandise: Haier will organize 05 Lucky draws at least once in a week (dates will be announced through social media handles & website).

Winners will be selected via a random draw and announced on:

1. Haier India official website; or
2. Haier India’s social media handles; &
3. The winners will be contacted by Haier through phone call and/or email.

Winner Verification and Prize Claim

1. Winners must confirm/respond within 5 hours of the announcement of lucky draw results by Haier through direct message (DM) on social media or email. Failing this, Haier reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
2. To claim the prize, winners must share/present to Haier for verifying the authenticity of the purchase and participant details:
• A valid government issued photo ID
• The original purchase invoice
3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
4. Winners are solely responsible for any expenses related to travel, accommodation, or other incidentals.

Rights and Discretion

Haier retains the following rights, both collectively and individually:

1. Haier shall not be held liable for any technical issues, internet failures, lost entries, or any other errors beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation or winner selection.
2. Modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Haier reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Contest.
4. By participating, winners grant Haier the right to use their name, photographs, and testimonials for promotional purposes across any media, without any further compensation or consent. Further, by participating in the Contest, participants agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information by Haier for the purposes of verifying entries, conducting the Contest, announcing winners, and other promotional activities in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Disclaimer

1. Employees, agents, and representatives of Haier, its affiliates, advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Indian Premier League (IPL), Gujarat Titans, or any other cricket governing body.

Jurisdiction

1. All disputes arising in connection with this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
